Close up of the embossed Peace |
I bought this Peace stamp from the store I used to frequent when I lived in Connecticut, it's a PSX stamps from 1998, it is one of my oldest stamps. I loved how ornate it was and that it really could just stand on it's own. Unfortunately, the little store closed a few years before I moved, but I have many fond memories of the classes I took and the artists I met.
Being the stressful time of year that it always is, I felt that a peace card was needed, plus, I needed a card to send to my sister (tee hee). Without further ado, here is my Peace card:
Might look a bit wonky in the photo, but it is straight :)

ReplyDeleteThank you Neva :) Happy New Year!!
DeleteA lovely and detailed stamp. Your choice of a simple red paper as background is a great choice, it adds some color and warmth without taking away any focus from the image.
